ERBEKEES CAR DELIVERY SERVICE
ERBEKEES is very happy to announce that we offer door to door delivery as an option with all puppies if needed.
All deliveries will be provided by myself, my son or my husband so you can be assured a safe, secure delivery of your new puppy. We will take all precautions to ensure that your puppy is not exposed to any other animals or places where other animals frequent during transit.
The fees are flat rate and based on google maps mileage from our address to yours.
Door to Door car delivery fees are as follows.
Miles are calculated by google maps, our address to yours.
0-400 miles $600
400-650 miles $950
650-900 miles $1250
For people who purchase multiple puppies I charge the 1st puppy at full price then additional puppies at half price.
*All door to door fees are based on gas prices being under $4.00 a gallon.
When our local gas is over $4.00 per gallon there is an additional $100 up-charge on all deliveries.
When our local gas is over $5.00 per gallon there is an additional $150 up-charge on all deliveries.
* All delivery routes are scheduled by us according to each individual route.
*When opting to meet us while we are in route you must be able to meet at designated place at the designated time. We only allow for 30 minutes at each drop.
* All delivery fees are non-refundable
ERBEKEES AIRLINE DELIVERY SERVICE
ERBEKEES will also offer airline delivery to any US state, not including Alaska or Hawaii, (additional fees involved for Alaska/Hawaii) for those of you who are not within driving distance. We will bring your puppy to the nearest regional airport, you will meet us there upon arrival to pick up your new puppy.
For this delivery option, you will be responsible for round-trip airline ticket on the most convenient pet friendly airline and the cost to carry puppy on board (most airlines it is $125).
Fee for this service is $600.
Alaska/Hawaii additional fee is $250 for overnight food and lodging
You may need a health certificate when carrying your puppy onboard a flight or into some states.
Fee for USDA Health Certificate is $175
ERBEKEES AIRPORT DROP OFF SERVICE
You can also chose to fly into my nearest airports - Nashville, TN. or Huntsville, AL. and I can bring your puppy to the airport to meet you when your flight arrives so that you may catch a return flight the same day.
PLEASE NOTE: I highly suggest you purchase refundable flights only. There can be delays, beyond my control, that can make me late for drop off on time. To date I have never missed a drop off time BUT accidents and detours are a common thing throughout Nashville area. Please allow adequate time in-between flights. I suggest a minimum of 4 hours.
Airport drop offs can only be done between 10am and 4pm.
I am sorry this is so limited but it ends up being more like a 6 hour trip if I hit Nashville during rush hour. I just do not have the time to go during busy hours.
Fee for airport delivery is $175
I do ask for all delivery fees prior to delivery or making airline reservations.
When having puppy delivered door to door or to the airport, all fees and total cost of puppy must be paid in full by week 4. I no longer will collect cash at the airport.
